Project delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, or lack of communication may impact delivery timelines.

5. Payments & Refunds

Service Fees

Refund Policy

Payments for consulting, strategy sessions, setup services, and custom development work are non-refundable.

Completed work, delivered assets, and consumed service hours are not eligible for refunds.

Upon full payment:

7. Marketing & Testimonials

Reference completed projects in its portfolio.
Use client testimonials, feedback, and case studies for marketing purposes.

Confidential business information will not be disclosed without permission.

8. Communication Consent
